Where Are You? My location is the ultimate in convenience! Directly off of Rt 36 heading into Boulder (so easily accessible from points east without downtown Boulder traffic) and also accessible from South Boulder Road. Our building at 5387 Manhattan Circle is one of the first buildings as you enter the circle and is bannered with "SpineWest" on the side of you come from 36E ..in addition to "SpineWest" signage as you pull into our lot. Plentiful lot parking...and if you are cycling...I have safe space to park your bike indoors.  

I also have another office located at 700 Front Street , Suite 103 (across from Casa Alvarez)in downtown Louisville that is right next to historic Main Street! I can be available at that location Monday-days
             Tuesday-days
             Wed/Thurs afternoon/eve
             and alternate Fri and weekends 

Parking is available on the street or in our lot out back. Please come into the waiting area. Restroom is straight ahead in the hall on the right. 
 
I'm Here..Now What?  Come into the main entrance. The SpineWest doctors are upstairs..but the Ancillary Providers (that's me!) are directly ahead in the lobby..with our main door cubby-holed to the left. You'll see my name on the door. 

 The restrooms are to the right and down the hall briefly on the left. Please feel free to use prior to your massage appointment.

If this is your first time to my location.... Please give yourself adequate time to arrive 10mins prior to your treatment...both for filling out your health questionaire to finding me or any rare traffic backlogs.
